MASISDZUK LLC produces high quality sturgeon fish products. The company intends to produce the following species of riverine trouts: karmrakhait, rainbow and golden trout. For market pisciculture the Siberian sturgeon (the population of the Lena basin) is used.
We plan to import a certain quantity of Beluga caviar for producing black caviar. Baby fishes are bred in special incubators and when they weigh 1.5-2 grams they are taken to the planting material shop(department) for further breeding. The planting material weighing 50-60 grams is taken to the fishponds of market fish production.
The average weight of market fish comes to 2-3 kg. The cycle of production lasts 36-48 months.
